Employees get a go-to helpdesk, remote fixes on Windows and macOS, accounts ready for new starters on day one and access properly revoked when someone leaves.
You can start with a single job, say a mailbox migration or a new online shop. Over time, having networking, backup, security and applications with one provider who already knows the whole picture tends to save a lot of repeated explaining.
Employees get a go-to helpdesk, remote fixes on Windows and macOS, accounts ready for new starters on day one and access properly revoked when someone leaves.
Servers in data centres and VPS, Microsoft 365 with Entra ID and Intune, watching over the network, and backups we test by restoring from them regularly.
Practical GDPR, readiness for NIS2 and the Polish KSC act, EDR, vulnerability scans, SOC monitoring and phishing awareness sessions.
WordPress sites, shops with BLIK and InPost lockers, links to Allegro, KSeF and accounting packages, and applications built from scratch.
Warehouses for your data, reporting for the board, automated reading of documents and AI tools chosen so that, where possible, information stays within the EU.
Reviews, digital strategy, choosing the right licences and live online courses for staff, covering everything from Office basics to using AI safely.
Without a shared office, discipline is not optional: everything gets written down and every login to a client system leaves a trace. Engineers reach your systems through an encrypted, MFA-guarded channel, and each session is recorded against its ticket.
Web form, email and Teams chat end up in the same queue. Each request receives a number, a priority and a due date, and you always know who owns it.
Your company has its own lead engineer. Because your set-up is documented, whoever covers during their holiday picks things up without starting from nothing.
If a cable needs moving, a drive swapping or a router power-cycling, one of your staff or your local electrician handles it, guided live by our engineer over video.
Each month you get a summary of requests, how fast we reacted and the state of your systems. From time to time you also get a list of recommendations with rough costs.
Our working hours are Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00 CET, with round-the-clock cover for Premium clients. First-line staff close the simple requests, while harder problems go straight to someone who specialises in that field.
Better to be upfront now than to disappoint you after the contract is signed.
Nobody turns up at your door. We do not install racks, run cabling or set up PCs on desks. When a job needs physical work, we help you plan it for a local contractor.
We advise, we do not resell. We will tell you which laptop, server or router suits you and where to compare prices, but we take no margin on equipment and rent none out.
We prepare you, an auditor signs off. Our work follows ISO 27001 principles and we will get you ready for an audit, but the certificate itself comes from an independent certification body.
Every engagement runs on a written contract. Draft documents travel with our proposal, giving your lawyer or data protection officer time to go through them properly.
Drafted around your company. Sets out what is included, what it costs, how much notice either side must give and who is liable for what.
Response times in writing. Premium gets a reply within 15 minutes, Business within an hour and Start within 4 hours.
Required by the GDPR. Defines which personal data we process on your behalf, its storage location and every sub-processor we rely on.
In place before our first login. Covers business secrets, passwords and whatever else we might see while working in your environment.
Sent through KSeF. Payment is due within 14 days. Public bodies can receive invoices through PEF.
A question about an invoice or a contract? Email office@apply.pl and put “Invoice” or “Support” in the subject line. That way your message reaches the right person straight away and you get an answer within one working day.
How long the handover takes depends on the size of your company, and we agree the date together. Nothing needs preparing in advance.
Use the form below or email office@apply.pl, and a few sentences about your company and what is bothering you right now is plenty.
We book half an hour on Teams or Google Meet to agree what to examine and who on your side will grant us access.
Working online, we list your accounts, licences, servers, backup jobs and security configuration. The report is yours whatever you decide next.
We pick a plan together, sign the paperwork and take over day-to-day support.
We do not have premises where clients visit us. Everyone on the team works remotely, and client meetings happen on Teams or Google Meet. You pay nothing for travel, and the engineer with the right skills is available regardless of where they happen to live.
Nearly everything, since IT today is mostly configuration, cloud services and software. Physical jobs like connecting a new router or replacing a disk are handled by someone at your premises following our engineer's instructions. If nobody suitable is available, we help you find a local contractor and write up exactly what they need to do.
Each engineer signs in with a personal account and MFA, never a shared password. Permissions cover only what a given task requires, and remote sessions are recorded in the ticket history. The NDA and data processing agreement are signed before anyone logs in for the first time.
Yes. Your in-house person keeps ownership of line-of-business software and anything on site, while we take on servers, security, backup and holiday cover. We split responsibilities so that nobody duplicates effort.
Of course. Migrating mail to Microsoft 365, building a site or reviewing security can run as a standalone job at a fixed price, or billed hourly at PLN 190 excluding VAT. If you like the results, you can move to a monthly plan later.
Tell us what is not working today and we will suggest where to start. Expect a reply within one working day.
