Council IT ready for inspection

When an inspector from the voivode's office arrives, nobody asks whether the server is up. They want the risk analysis, the register of access rights and the latest information security audit. We look after a public body's IT entirely remotely, and we write that paperwork from day one so it is ready to hand over the moment someone asks.

How we support public bodies

In local government, systems and paperwork cannot be separated. A healthy server is of little use if the municipal secretary cannot show the regional audit chamber or the data protection authority who can open residents' records and why.

Public institutions solution

KRI, KSC and NIS2

The information security management system that the National Interoperability Framework (KRI) expects, a periodic internal audit, an incident reporting route to CSIRT, and preparation for duties under the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act and the NIS2 directive.

GDPR and residents' data

A record of processing activities, processor agreements with the vendors of your line-of-business systems, permissions tied to job roles and logs your data protection officer can inspect at any time. More under GDPR and personal data protection.

Digital accessibility and BIP

Your main website and your BIP public information bulletin brought up to WCAG 2.1 AA, with an accessibility statement revised after every significant change. See Public sector websites.

Operations and Microsoft 365

Servers, Entra ID, Intune and backups for a town hall, a school or a group of sites. When a part has to be swapped or a cable moved, your own IT person or local contractor does it, guided step by step by our engineer.

EZD RP, ePUAP and e-Delivery

Workstations and accounts ready for the EZD RP document management system, tidy ePUAP inboxes, an electronic delivery address under e-Doręczenia and qualified signatures that work for every clerk, not just the head of department.

Cyberbezpieczny Samorząd

We help you assemble the security assessment and the description of needs for your application to this government programme, then implement the planned measures once the programme operator has decided. Funding is the operator's call, so we make no promises about it.

Buying our services as a public body

The formal purchasing procedure, its type and its documents are run by the contracting authority under the Public Procurement Law (Pzp) and its own rules. Our part is to explain which services we can deliver remotely and to supply the technical data you need to plan the purchase.

01

Estimating the value

If the buyer asks, we give an indicative figure for estimating the contract value before any amount lands in the annual procurement plan.

02

Reviewing the estate

A remote IT review produces data that helps describe what you need: workstations, servers, licences and the weak spots the contract has to address.

03

The procedure is yours

The purchasing route, deadlines, documents and choice of supplier all sit with the contracting authority. We provide the service description and price in whatever format you ask for.

04

Delivery and sign-off

Implementation and ongoing operations as the contract sets out, an acceptance record for each stage, and documentation that stays with you when the contract ends.

Public bodies can write to office@apply.pl with “Tender” or “Przetarg” in the subject line. Describe your needs or attach a draft specification, and we will tell you which parts of the work we can deliver remotely.

Paperwork that stays with you

Everything we do is written up so it can be shown to an auditor, a council meeting or a head teacher, and so another supplier could pick up the work later without starting from scratch.

IT review report

A starting point for planning. Issues ranked by urgency, useful for next year's budget and for drafting a specification.

Risk analysis

Before you spend on any security product. It separates what KRI and cybersecurity law genuinely require from what a vendor would simply like to sell.

Policies and procedures

Tailored to your organisation, not copied from a template. Information security policy, rules for granting access and a business continuity plan. Details under Security policies and documentation.

Accessibility statement

Grounded in a real test of the site. We check the website and BIP against WCAG 2.1 AA and revise the statement whenever something important changes.

Periodic report

At the interval set in the contract. Tickets, response times and changes made, laid out so the contract can be settled against it.

The documentation belongs to you. Reports, policies and operating guides are written so a new supplier does not have to start from scratch. Public contracts are usually signed for a fixed term, which makes this essential.

Questions and answers

The contracting authority. Your organisation chooses the procedure, prepares the documents and runs it under Pzp and its own rules, and it is responsible, together with its advisers, for getting the process right. What we can bring is technical data from a review, a description of our remote services and an indicative price for administration, security and documentation.

Yes, where the buyer requires it we send a structured invoice through the Electronic Invoicing Platform (PEF), quoting the contract number and the recipient details exactly as your office supplied them. Ongoing support is billed monthly and projects after each stage's acceptance record is signed.

We connect over encrypted remote access with named accounts and every session logged. If hands are needed on the hardware, say to replace a disk or move a cable in the rack, your IT person or contractor does it while our engineer talks them through each step on Teams.

Yes, whenever our work touches personal data your organisation is responsible for. If your data protection officer has a standard template, we can work from it.

Nobody can honestly guarantee that. We can prepare the assessment and the description of needs that go into your application and, if funds are awarded, implement the planned safeguards and document that they are in place. Applications are assessed by the programme operator alone.

Send an enquiry

Describe what you need or attach a draft specification. We will come back with a proposed scope and an indicative price you can use in budget planning or when estimating the contract value.
