Usually, yes. A number can be ported to a new carrier at your request, and it is worth checking the terms of your current contract before you file it. We agree a porting date and rehearse the call flows beforehand.
No. We neither sell nor deliver equipment. You get a precise specification with models and licences, and you order it from your own supplier on your company's invoice. That way the kit and warranty belong to you, and since we earn no margin on hardware we have no reason to push pricier models.
It helps. Cybersecurity rules put weight on knowing your assets and limiting how far an intruder can travel. A segmented network, a current diagram and retained logs are hard evidence when a client, an insurer or an auditor asks. Whether the KSC act applies to your company is a question for your lawyer.
