Devices
Availability, CPU load, temperature, power supply health and port errors on the firewall, switches and access points.
Knowing that a device answers a ping is not enough. A line can respond and still drop one packet in ten, which makes VoIP calls sound as if they come from a tunnel.
Availability, CPU load, temperature, power supply health and port errors on the firewall, switches and access points.
Throughput, latency, jitter and packet loss on every connection. The same figures serve as evidence in a complaint to the carrier when it misses its contractual targets.
At regular intervals, in an agreed window, we cut the main line and confirm that browsing, VPN and telephony all move across to the spare.
Each device saves its configuration automatically after any change, so we know who altered what and can roll back to a working version.
We follow vendor advisories and CERT Polska warnings. Firmware is updated in maintenance windows, with a plan for reverting to the previous release.
When a unit dies, we help with the warranty claim and configure the replacement remotely from the saved copy, while your colleague simply plugs the cables in by following a photo.
Onboarding is a short stage. After that the watch never stops, and you receive a short report once a month.
We list the equipment, lines and dependencies. Without a prior assessment we carry out a lighter inventory.
A collector goes onto an existing server or always-on PC, and thresholds are tuned so that alerts are rare but meaningful.
Default passwords are changed, needless services exposed to the internet are switched off and overdue patches are applied.
We respond to alerts within the time set by your plan, carry out scheduled work and report outages and load trends every month.
An alert sent to a shared mailbox is an alert nobody reads. With us, an event lands with a named on-call engineer, and the response time follows your plan: 15 minutes on Premium, one hour on Business, 4 hours on Start. That is also why we keep false alarms to a minimum. A team buried in notifications soon stops reacting to them.
No. We use our own platform and only install a lightweight collector on a server or PC in your network that is running anyway. If regulation or company policy requires logs to be kept in-house, we can also forward them to a system you own.
Our standard hours are Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00 CET. Out-of-hours alerts are covered by the Premium plan or by the 24/7 IT support service. On the other plans the event waits for the first engineer in the morning, and serious line failures still appear in the report with exact timestamps.
Yes. The monitoring data shows hour by hour when latency climbed and how many packets vanished. We turn it into a summary for your complaint, and with recurring problems it becomes far easier to negotiate a discount or leave the contract.
You receive a monthly report with line availability, the main incidents and load trends. On request we also share a live dashboard, for example with the office manager or your in-house IT person.
Let us know how many sites you have, what sits in the cabinet and whether there is a backup line. We will suggest a monitoring scope and a plan.

You will hear back within one working day, and if you have reported an outage that is holding up work, it goes to the front of the queue.
