What we do, area by area

Anything from a laptop that lost its printer after an update to wiring a web shop into KSeF and Allegro. Describe the job in a couple of words above, or click through the areas on the left. Each service explains precisely what we handle, and every bit of it is done through an encrypted remote session, so nobody waits for a technician to turn up.

Area 01

IT outsourcing

Everyday IT becomes our job: laptops, logins, full mailboxes and the endless "it will not let me in". One named team, one contract, clear responsibilities.

Area 03

Systems administration

The quiet work that keeps systems healthy: patches applied on a timetable, permissions granted deliberately and documentation a successor could follow.

Pick a way of working together

Each item in the catalogue works either as a fixed-price project or as part of an ongoing monthly plan.

Plans and pricing

Monthly plan

Start, Business or Premium: an agreed scope, a flat net fee and a reaction time that lives in the contract rather than in a sales brochure.

Single project

Moving mail into Microsoft 365, getting ready for KSeF, a NIS2 gap review or a brand-new shop. Price and deliverable are pinned down before work begins.

Backing for your in-house admin

Already employ someone for IT? We take over the repetitive chores, the out-of-hours cover and specialist topics like pentests or database moves.

How we get started

Not sure what comes first? Start with an IT review. It separates the urgent fixes from things that are fine for now.

01

IT review

Working remotely, we examine computers, servers, Microsoft 365, backups and licensing, then hand you a report with priorities.

02

Task list

Findings are split into jobs that cannot wait and items that can sensibly go into next year's budget.

03

Proposal and contract

A net price and a schedule arrive together. Scope and reaction times are written into the contract, which you can sign electronically, for example with a qualified e-signature.

04

Running and improving

Tickets get solved, planned upkeep happens on time, and we regularly come back with concrete suggestions for improvement.

Questions and answers

Yes. The task gets a fixed quote, or we charge PLN 190/hour excl. VAT for the time spent. Moving to a monthly plan later is possible at any point, and what we learned about your setup along the way stays with the team.

The engineers' time: helping users, running systems, watching alerts, applying updates and preventing problems. Licences for things like Microsoft 365 or antivirus, plus larger pieces of work such as moving platforms or introducing new software, are invoiced on their own and only after your sign-off.

No, everything is done online. When something physical is needed, for example replacing a disk or moving a cable, our engineer coaches a member of your staff or your usual local contractor through each move.

The list covers the most common needs, not every possible one. Describe the problem in the form or email office@apply.pl. When it fits our skills, you get a proposal. When it does not, we tell you honestly and point you to someone better suited.

For monthly plans, a quick Teams or Google Meet conversation is usually enough to name a price that day. For one-off projects we prepare a written proposal, and how long that takes depends on the complexity of the job. Where the environment is complex, we suggest the IT review first rather than guessing.
