Option 1
Bitrix24 cloud
The system is hosted by the vendor. You pay a subscription; servers, backups and updates are their concern.
Two services: fitting Bitrix24 to the way you operate, and picking a plan you neither overpay for nor outgrow three months later.
Pipelines that mirror your sales process, tasks and projects, a department structure with permissions, mailboxes and website forms feeding the CRM, automation for repetitive steps, and an API link to your invoicing tool. We move your client list across and train staff over Teams or Google Meet.
We help you choose a plan based on headcount and the features you genuinely use, keep an eye on the renewal date and tell you when switching tier makes sense. We are not a vendor partner, so we gain nothing from steering you towards a pricier edition.
Settle this at the outset. Moving later is possible, but it costs time and money, and some history tends to go missing along the way.

Option 2
On-Premise
Bitrix24 on your own VPS or dedicated server in an EU data centre. More freedom, and more responsibility.
Our advice
Which one?
In most cases we advise starting in the cloud. Your own server only earns its keep when there are specific requirements.
CRM rollouts are rarely defeated by technology. They are defeated by the absence of shared rules. Until someone states out loud that a note on a salesperson's phone does not count, that is exactly where the note will keep going. So on day one we write down the rules of play: when an enquiry becomes an opportunity, who creates the company record, what moves a deal to the next stage and who may close it as lost.
We switch things on in stages: clients and sales first, then tasks, and the intranet and internal processes last. Habits shift more slowly than settings.
Over a few short video calls we trace a client's journey from first email to paid invoice and look for the spots where things fall between people.
Stages, fields, permissions, mailboxes and website forms. Enquiries stop landing in one salesperson's private inbox.
We bring your contacts over from a spreadsheet or the old system and run short sessions tailored separately to sales staff, managers and back office.
The stage that matters most. We refine the setup from user feedback while the new habits are still forming.
Usually, and usually without buying anything new. Abandoned rollouts tend to share a story: an account created from the default template, a dozen pointless mandatory fields, no agreed rules. We begin by talking to users about what annoys them, what they enter twice and what they look for but cannot find. After a clean-up and a short refresher, the system often comes back to life.
Yes, via API. It is simplest with cloud tools such as wFirma, Fakturownia or iFirma: a won deal in the CRM creates an invoice, the program submits it to KSeF and the payment status returns to the client record. Comarch ERP Optima or Subiekt nexo can be connected too, though an extra connector is normally needed. We confirm the scope once we know what you run.
They do not have to. We connect mailboxes from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or any IMAP server, and correspondence shows up on the client record in the CRM. Salespeople write wherever they like, and the manager sees the full conversation history without asking for emails to be forwarded.
Teams is excellent for chat and meetings. The Bitrix24 intranet earns its place where structure is needed: company news, an org chart, leave requests approved by line managers, documents and procedures kept in one spot. We draw a clear line between the two tools so staff are not posting the same thing twice.
We set role-based permissions, restrict data export, define retention periods for contacts and help you complete the record of processing activities and the data processing agreement with the vendor. If your clients or an auditor require data to sit on a named server inside the EU, we look at the On-Premise edition.
Let us know where you currently keep track of clients and tasks, and where things slip. We will suggest a first-phase scope and which Bitrix24 plan should be enough.
