A new project, a contract question, a support ticket, an invoice query or a question from a public body. We read the inbox on working days between 8:00 and 18:00 and reply within one working day.
office@apply.plOur whole team works remotely, so there is no office to find and no visit to arrange. A single message is all it takes: an email, the form at the bottom of this page or a short video call. Whether your business sits in Gdańsk, Rzeszów or a small municipality in Podlasie, you reach the same engineers with the same response times.
There are no separate departmental mailboxes. Everything goes to office@apply.pl, and a single word in the subject line decides who picks your message up.

office@apply.plA few sentences about the problem or the plan will do. Form submissions arrive in exactly the same inbox as email, so nothing slips between channels.

Arrange a callClients on Premium or 24/7 IT support receive a dedicated on-call channel as part of their contract. It is deliberately kept off the website so it is used only for genuine emergencies.
Compare support plansPut one word in the subject line. Use “Support” if you already have a contract with us and something has stopped working. Use “Invoice” for billing, KSeF or PEF questions. Use “Partner” if you are an IT firm or agency writing about working together. Use “Tender” if you write on behalf of a public body and want to ask about the scope or cost of our services. For anything else, just describe it in your own words.
The exact targets are written into the SLA in your contract. Here is what each plan gives you in practice.
Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00 CET. Messages from email and the form are answered within one working day.
Response within 4 hours. During working hours, Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00 CET. The contract explains how the time is counted.
Response within 1 hour. Log a ticket whenever suits you and we pick it up during working hours.
Response within 15 minutes. For critical incidents this also covers nights, weekends and bank holidays.
An email sent at night gets read in the morning. If a server goes down at 22:00 on a Saturday or ransomware is suspected, a message to office@apply.pl waits until Monday. That is why Premium and 24/7 IT support clients use the on-call channel from their contract, which alerts the engineer on shift straight away.
We do not run a client-facing office, as the team is fully remote. All conversations happen on Teams or Google Meet, and sharing a screen tends to achieve more than sitting round a table. Drop a line to office@apply.pl and we will suggest a time.
Email office@apply.pl with “Support” in the subject. Mention who is affected, when it started and whether it stops people working. The ticket is numbered and prioritised immediately, and the first reply arrives within the time set by your plan.
Anything that stops a whole team or a key system: Microsoft 365 mail is unavailable, the server running Comarch ERP Optima does not respond, your web shop cannot take orders, or files are showing signs of encryption. Premium clients use the on-call channel in those cases.
We do not send technicians out. When a router needs restarting, a cable plugging in or a drive replacing, we guide a member of your staff or your own local contractor step by step and then check the result remotely.
Companies receive invoices through KSeF, and schools, municipalities and other public units can also receive them via the PEF e-invoicing platform on request. Give us the buyer and recipient details when signing the contract, or send them with “Invoice” in the subject. More on the payment page.
Tell us what you need, we reply within one working day. If something has stopped working altogether, say so in the first sentence and an engineer will deal with it first.
Your enquiry has reached us

No match for that name. Try a different spelling or pick a bigger town nearby - all our support is delivered online, so your choice has no effect on the service.
