Sales channels
Allegro, Amazon.pl and other Amazon EU stores, Empik Marketplace and Erli, plus a product feed for the Ceneo price comparison site.
Getting listings live is the easy bit. The harder work is sharing stock sensibly across channels, keeping prices right after commission and handling returns without friction.

BaseLinker or Apilo when you want speed and a subscription model. A direct API connection when your rules are unusual or your volume very high.
Categories, mandatory parameters, photos and descriptions in the format each platform demands. Allegro wants something different from Amazon, and it varies by category too.
Separate prices that account for commission, delivery cost and the Allegro Smart! programme, so marketplace sales do not quietly slip below margin.
Orders from every channel land in one panel and continue into the accounting program, where an invoice is raised and submitted to KSeF.
Tracking numbers are pushed back to the platform automatically, well inside the dispatch window that affects your seller rating.
A return logged on Allegro or Empik goes back into stock and opens a draft correction, rather than waiting for someone in the warehouse to send an email.
With the first marketplace, most of the work goes into matching listing attributes. Later ones are quicker because stock and orders are already wired up.
We pair every SKU with its listings on each platform by barcode and code, and flag doubtful matches for you to confirm.
We decide whether all channels draw from a common pool or whether some units are held back for a particular marketplace.
We run the whole path end to end: purchase, reservation, invoice, label, tracking number and return.
Platforms revise their APIs and requirements regularly. As part of ongoing care we follow the announcements and update the connection ahead of time.
The same hoodie on Allegro and on Empik has to point to one SKU in your warehouse. When the matching was done by eye, using product names, stock figures drift apart within days and some listings start behaving independently. Checking barcodes and SKUs is tedious, but we do it before every new channel is connected.
With one channel and a few dozen products, you can get by. Once the shop, Amazon or Empik join in, stock has to be corrected by hand several times a day, and sooner or later someone forgets. An integration can pay for itself through avoided cancellations and saved staff hours alone.
A shared pool makes the best use of your stock. Separate limits are safer for lines that sell very fast, for example during an Allegro promotion or in the run-up to Christmas. We often combine the two: one shared pool with a buffer of a few units, below which the item is withdrawn from lower-priority channels.
For every channel we work the price up from purchase cost, platform commission, shipping and promotion fees. In the integrator we then set rules, such as the shop price plus a fixed percentage on Allegro, along with a floor price below which a listing will not update.
Sales to consumers in other EU countries are usually settled under the OSS scheme, with the rate depending on the buyer's country. We ensure each order reaches the accounting program with the correct country and rate. The decision on registration and filing itself is one for you and your bookkeeper or tax adviser.
Tell us where you already sell, where you would like to go next and which system holds your stock. We will suggest an integrator or a direct API link and give you a timeline.
