Choosing the platform
Teams Phone through Operator Connect with a carrier active in Poland, Direct Routing over a SIP trunk, or an independent cloud PBX if the company does not use Microsoft 365.
We treat telephony as part of the network rather than a separate gadget: numbers, greetings, queues, the connection it all runs on and a plan for when something breaks.
Teams Phone through Operator Connect with a carrier active in Poland, Direct Routing over a SIP trunk, or an independent cloud PBX if the company does not use Microsoft 365.
The main number, direct lines and mobile numbers leave the current carrier at your request. We help prepare the technical details and keep track of the schedule.
Welcome message, a “press 1 for…” menu, department queues, opening hours tied to Polish public holidays and after-hours forwarding to an on-duty number.
Only where there is a clear purpose, with an announcement for the caller, a defined retention period and access limited to named people, as GDPR requires.
An incoming call opens the customer record in Bitrix24, HubSpot or Pipedrive, and the conversation is logged in the contact history.
You buy them from any supplier using our list of compatible models, and we configure them remotely through zero-touch provisioning.
Configuration takes a few days. Porting depends on the carriers and the paperwork, so we start with it and schedule the cut-over for a fixed date.
Which numbers, which PBX and contract, who answers which calls, and how the company uses Teams and work mobiles today.
Extensions, hunt groups, queues, recorded messages and what should happen after hours and on public holidays.
Licences, the carrier agreement, call routing rules and handsets. Everything is tried out on a temporary number before porting begins.
Numbers move on the agreed date. We are online from the morning, run through every scenario and train the team in a short Teams session.
Do not cancel the old contract on your own before your numbers are ported. The new carrier starts the transfer at your request, and it is worth checking with both carriers how the old agreement ends. Terminate it too early and you may lose the number, which then vanishes from business cards, email signatures and Google Maps along with the customers who knew it.
The switch itself happens on the agreed day, and the preparation time depends on the carriers and on how many numbers are involved. Until then the old line keeps working normally.
Usually, yes. On top of a Microsoft 365 licence you need the Teams Phone add-on and a calling plan from a carrier, although some Microsoft bundles already include it. Licence contents change, so we review your current licences and work out the cost before you commit.
Yes. The Teams app or the cloud PBX app presents the business number to the customer instead of the private one. When the employee leaves, the number stays with the company and the call history does not walk out on a personal handset.
They can be connected through a VoIP gateway that you buy from your supplier to our specification, and we configure it remotely. Often, though, this is a good moment to replace fax with email or e-Doręczenia and keep the gateway only for the door entry system.
Tell us how many people answer calls, which carrier holds your numbers and whether you use Teams. We will propose a setup and give you a price.
