WordPress websites

Across Poland, WordPress powers a huge number of business sites. Editors already know the dashboard, freelancers and agencies who support it are everywhere, and nobody can hold your code hostage. Problems start with shortcuts: a heavyweight page builder, two dozen add-ons, several of them untouched by their authors since last spring. Our approach is deliberately plain, so that speed and security hold up long after the launch party.

Included in this service

Brochure site or WooCommerce store, the anatomy stays constant: solid foundations, comfortable editing, connections to other systems and a clean handover.

Talk the scope through with an engineer

Gutenberg block theme

We code bespoke blocks which editors stack to assemble fresh pages. Swapping copy, pictures or section order is easy; wrecking the mobile layout is not possible.

Plugin discipline

Forms, SEO, backups, caching, and very little beyond that. Each add-on is a potential vulnerability and a possible conflict at update time, and each one slows the page a touch.

WooCommerce for selling

Checkout with BLIK and cards via Przelewy24 or Tpay, InPost locker picker, voucher codes and invoices generated automatically. We also set up the display of the lowest pre-discount price required by the rules implementing the Omnibus Directive.

Accounting link

Orders and buyer details travel to wFirma, Fakturownia, inFakt or Subiekt nexo on their own. Your bookkeeper stops copying figures by hand, and invoices issued to companies go onward to KSeF.

Language versions

Polylang or WPML, proper hreflang markup, distinct URLs per language and navigation that keeps Polish and English content apart.

Handover and documentation

Administrator logins, paid plugin licences and the hosting contract sit in your company name. Content staff receive a brief remote training session plus a PDF manual.

How we work together

WooCommerce with a bookkeeping integration is a bigger job than a corporate site, and we agree the schedule after the first call. Coding is rarely the bottleneck; copy and product data are.

01

Call and review

A video meeting about objectives and your current tools. Where a site already exists, we audit its add-ons, analytics and anything worth carrying over.

02

Sitemap and wireframes

You approve the page tree and rough layouts of key screens. Changes here cost minutes rather than days.

03

Build on staging

Theme, blocks, forms and connections take shape on a private test copy you may visit whenever you like.

04

Go-live

Deployment, 301 redirects for legacy URLs, live checks of forms and payments, then a session for content editors.

Break-ins almost never come through WordPress core itself. The usual culprit is a forgotten add-on or a pirated “nulled” theme grabbed from a forum to dodge a licence fee of a few hundred zloty. We therefore run a short, actively maintained extension list and put in writing, before launch, who installs updates and on what schedule.

Questions and answers

Absolutely; the block system exists for exactly that. Your people publish text, images, blog posts and whole new pages themselves. Genuinely new features call for a developer, although not necessarily ours, since everything follows standard WordPress practice and another agency could take over without drama.

Page builders are quick to start with, yet they bloat every page with extra markup and tie your content to their proprietary format. On a short-lived microsite that compromise may be fine. For a corporate site expected to serve for years, a hand-built block theme loads faster and costs less to look after.

The software is free. Recurring items are hosting, domain renewal, subscriptions for premium add-ons and the hours spent on patching. We itemise those for your specific build before you decide, and routine patching can move to us under a care plan.

On servers located in Poland or another EU member state, with backups and SSL included. A provider you already trust can stay. Otherwise we recommend a package sized for your actual traffic, so you do not pay for capacity that sits idle.
