Tags and tracking
GA4 and Tag Manager configuration, purchase and form submission events, transactions counted twice, missing UTM parameters in newsletters and SMS campaigns.
Ad creative and copy are outside our remit. What we examine is whether the numbers used to split the budget can be trusted at all, and what they actually say.

Whether the banner holds tags back until consent is given, whether Consent Mode v2 passes signals on to Google Ads, and how much traffic disappears from reports after a refusal. Mistakes cut both ways: some breach GDPR, others make results look worse than they are.
Google Ads, Meta, Allegro Ads and Ceneo judged on one yardstick: cost per enquiry, cost per order, margin after returns. Cost per click is ignored because it proves nothing.
For shops: quality of the product file in Merchant Center and Ceneo, rejected items, missing EAN codes, prices that do not match the website.
Conversions reported by ad platforms against orders in the shop or opportunities in the CRM. A wide gap means someone is optimising campaigns on fiction.
A list of fixes with estimated impact and effort, ordered so that the first changes can go live quickly.
First we collect data and permissions, then we analyse and write the report. Everything happens remotely on read-only accounts.
We ask for view access to GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business, Allegro, Ceneo and the CRM. Nothing is altered without your say-so.
Tracking gets checked first. Analysing channels on broken data would simply waste your money.
Spend is matched against sales for the same period, channel by channel, with returns and cancellations taken into account.
We go through the report with you, and with your agency if you wish, in an online meeting.
One of the costliest mistakes is a campaign optimised for the wrong event. Google Ads records a visit to the “thank you” page as a conversion, and that page fires again on every refresh, or it counts a click on an email address. The algorithm dutifully hunts for people who click rather than buy, and the budget grows along with the pile of empty conversions.
Yes. We weigh Allegro Ads spend against commission and margin, spot the listings that burn money and compare the picture with your own shop. It may turn out that part of the range is better sold in only one of the two places.
To confirm it or disprove it with data. Agencies seldom see the CRM, so they cannot tell what happens to a lead after the click. We look at the entire path and have no campaign to defend.
Some loss is unavoidable and perfectly lawful, but half usually points to a poorly designed banner or missing Consent Mode. We check whether conversion modelling can lawfully fill some of the gaps and whether the banner discourages consent more than it needs to.
The report comes first. After the audit we can implement changes to tags, the banner or integrations ourselves, billed at PLN 190 per hour excl. VAT or for an agreed fixed sum. Edits to the campaigns themselves stay with your agency.
List the channels you advertise in and your monthly spend. We will propose an audit scope and a start date.
